Our client seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead stakeholder sessions, define data requirements, and partner with engineering to deliver governed, high-quality datasets and analytics. The role will configure and test data quality controls, document metadata, and coordinate ETL testing across multiple areas. The analyst will build dashboards, reports, and queries to enable decision making.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Lead meetings with internal customers to elicit and document data needs and requirements.
- Create requirements mappings and documentation for engineering partners.
- Register metadata and execute data governance activities.
- Configure data quality rules, develop test cases, and validate outcomes.
- Coordinate ETL pipeline testing across multiple domains and validate results.
- Build dashboards and reporting to support business objectives.
Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
- Core analyst experience including requirements definition, testing, and reporting.
- Experience with data quality frameworks and governance practices.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
