Our client is a leading U.S. financial institution headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, operating a broad retail footprint with extensive branch and ATM coverage across multiple states. Rate: $58.00 to $68.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in equipment finance commercial leasing across originations, onboarding, servicing, and lifecycle management.
- Apply functional expertise across equipment finance platforms and vendor systems.
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to deliver integration initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear system configuration and integration specifications.
- Develop use cases, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Define UAT test scenarios, validate results, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Configure vendor-based equipment finance platforms, including rules, workflows, and parameters.
- Partner with vendor teams to troubleshoot configuration issues and optimize system utilization.
- Support system integrations and ensure seamless data flows across enterprise applications.
- Ensure adherence to system integration and configuration best practices.
Experience Requirements:

- 5+ years supporting equipment finance commercial leasing across business and technology functions.
- Previous experience with lease and loan origination software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and data flows.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Exposure to commercial lending and/or leasing processes.
- Experience working with vendor applications hosted on-premises and/or in cloud environments.
- Proven experience supporting system integration initiatives within financial services or leasing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Previous experience within the equipment finance domain to support commercial leasing platforms.
- Solifi (preferred).
- Rapport front-end finance leasing tool (preferred).
- LeaseWave (preferred).
