Our client is a global investments organization focused on innovation and operational excellence across technology and engineering. The firm delivers investment management and services worldwide and supports advisors, broker-dealers, and institutional clients through technology, data, and operations solutions. The team values practical experience in enterprise software delivery, quality engineering, and Agile practices.

Rate: $60.00 to $72.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of software initiatives aligned to business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Drive Agile execution and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and architectural alignment.
- Apply engineering governance frameworks and controls to ensure compliance, quality, and risk mitigation across delivery phases.
- Leverage CI/CD, test automation, and code quality tooling to streamline delivery and improve reliability.
- Serve as primary liaison among engineering, product, operations, and external partners and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Support integration of AI and intelligent automation into the delivery roadmap.
Experience Requirements:

- Background starting in QA or Quality Engineering and progressing into a Project Manager role.
- 7+ years in delivery management with 5+ years in technical or engineering environments.
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale software or infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, GitLab, and Artifactory.
- Ability to manage enterprise stakeholders and communicate risks and dependencies.
- Experience in enterprise environments with governance and controls.
- Exposure to AI and intelligent automation initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Master’s degree preferred.
