Our client is seeking an Airtable Expert who can function as a solutions architect with a product-oriented approach. The consultant will design scalable Airtable solutions and shape a broader ecosystem of scripts, automations, and integrations that enhance organizational efficiency and visibility.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $60.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

- Design Airtable data structures, including linked records, lookup fields, and normalized relationships across tables.
- Assess Airtable’s role within the broader data environment and define patterns for scalability and clarity.
- Translate business problems into clear technical requirements, expected outputs, and acceptance criteria.
- Guide engineers on solution design and implementation approaches without directly coding.
- Propose scripts, automations, and integrations that improve workflow efficiency and data visibility.
- Create solution documentation and artifacts that communicate architecture and data flow.
- Operate independently to identify next steps, resolve blockers, and drive outcomes with limited supervision.
Experience Requirements:

- Deep knowledge of Airtable mechanics, including linked records, lookup fields, data sources, and automations.
- Proven ability to model data and design scalable, maintainable Airtable bases.
- Experience translating complex business needs into structured, actionable technical requirements.
- Demonstrated collaboration with engineers to deliver technical implementations guided by clear specifications.
- Background designing workflows that include scripts, automations, and external integrations beyond Airtable.
- Track record of independent, proactive problem solving with strategic ownership.
