Our client seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead tactical project management tasks supporting integration work across teams. The role will plan and manage moderate to large, complex projects in a dynamic environment, ensure thorough documentation to mitigate risk, and partner with stakeholders to drive delivery. The position requires experience within procurement and/or finance and direct involvement with acquisitions and divestitures. The schedule requires onsite presence three days per week in Richmond.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Lead moderate to large, complex projects by providing strategic and tactical direction.
- Design, develop, and manage detailed project plans in a dynamic environment, revising as requirements change.
- Ensure thorough project documentation to mitigate risk and meet delivery timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive project delivery and provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
- Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to align plans with intended outcomes.
- Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and escalate or remediate as appropriate.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate to ensure delivery of commitments.
- Create slides and present concise status updates to senior leadership.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 7 years of project management experience.
- Experience in procurement and/or finance.
- Experience with acquisitions and divestitures.
- Ability to connect information quickly and make recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs or Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Preferred: PMP certification.
- Preferred: Prior Capital One experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
