Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Transformation Leader to drive strategic change across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to define and execute transformation initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead the development of a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise transformation, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision & Strategy:
    • Define and articulate the transformation vision aligned with organizational goals.
    • Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for execution.
  • Execution & Delivery:
    • Lead transformation programs using Targetprocess or equivalent tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, AgileCraft/Align).
    • Ensure seamless integration of processes, tools, and teams across the enterprise.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide guidance on technical solutions and architecture to support transformation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
    • Foster a culture of agility and adaptability within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in software development and technical leadership.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks and tools (Targetprocess preferred; Jira, Rally, Align acceptable).
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with large-scale Agile transformations.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management and value stream mapping.
  • Certifications in SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks are a plus.
