Our client seeks a bilingual Customer Support Agent to assist small-business owners in English and Spanish as they use a new online ordering platform. You will help customers register accounts, resolve login and ordering issues, and complete initial transactions. The role requires fluency in both languages, careful documentation, and the ability to explain digital processes clearly.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $22.00 to $25.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish.
- Conduct account setup calls and guide customers through registration, login, and first-order activities.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have not logged in or completed an order.
- Provide coverage for the Spanish-language support line during the assigned shift.
- Handle English-language calls when Spanish-language volume is lower.
- Review Spanish-language call guides and identify unclear translations or missing information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in English within the CRM.
- Escalate technical and platform-related issues to the appropriate support team.
- Follow established customer-data, call-recording, privacy, and consent procedures.
- Maintain dependable attendance and consistent schedule adherence.
Experience Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
- At least one year of phone-based customer service experience.
- Clear, patient, and professional communication in both languages.
- Ability to guide customers through account and ordering processes step by step.
- Comfort using a CRM, softphone, and web-based platform simultaneously.
- Ability to complete a formal Spanish-language proficiency assessment.
- Ability to work onsite each day during an assigned early or late shift.
- Preferred: Experience supporting a Spanish-language customer service queue.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or Amazon Connect.
- Preferred: Experience translating or reviewing customer-facing content.
- Preferred: Experience supporting small businesses or providing business-to-business order support.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
