Our client seeks a QA Full Stack Engineer to support Archer applications. The role blends automated testing, code analysis, Agile participation, and financial services domain expertise. You will read and troubleshoot Java, SQL, and JavaScript code, create and maintain automation, and collaborate with developers and product partners. You will use AI-assisted tools to analyze code, troubleshoot defects, and improve productivity. Successful candidates engage actively in Agile ceremonies and advocate for clear, testable requirements.

Rate: $68.00 to $75.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Read, analyze, and troubleshoot Java, SQL, and JavaScript within a full stack environment including Angular, HTML/CSS, and Tomcat.
- Investigate defects by navigating application code, logs, and data flows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and challenge unclear or incomplete acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and peers to drive quality outcomes.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to analyze code, summarize findings, and speed root-cause analysis.
- Apply financial services knowledge across settlement processing, T+1 concepts, custody and asset servicing, FIX messaging, and capital markets workflows.
- Ramp up on application architecture, interfaces, and business processes within expected timelines.
Experience Requirements:
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and automated testing.
- Working knowledge of Java, SQL, JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS, and Tomcat.
- Proficiency with SQL queries, joins, keys, and database concepts.
- Experience with modern test automation frameworks.
- Financial services experience with exposure to settlement processing, T+1, custody and asset servicing, FIX, or capital markets terminology.
- Comfort operating as an SDET-style engineer within Agile pods.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Copilot or similar platforms.
- Strong communication with the ability to question assumptions and influence quality outcomes.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
