Our client seeks an engineer who will translate business problems into engineering solutions. You will contribute to the development and deployment of new and existing products, write high-quality code to move solutions into production, and participate in code reviews and paired-programming sessions. You will use engineering creativity to own and drive product decisions as a core part of the product team.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70.00 to $100.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems into engineering solutions and high-quality production code.
- Contribute to development and deployment of new and existing products.
- Participate in code reviews and paired-programming sessions.
- Own and influence product decisions as a core member of the product team.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience with Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Experience with data and platform tooling such as Kedro, Databricks, MySQL, and Postgres.
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure tools such as AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Advocacy for using the right technology for the task and staying current with relevant technologies.
- Preference for iterative change, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to listen and learn from colleagues.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and the ability to share knowledge with others.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
