Job Description

Our leading financial services client is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with Agile expertise to support a legacy system migration.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Agile Business Analyst:
  • Elicit, gather requirements; deliver and present requirements to stakeholders
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Help with backlog refinement
  • Support Scrum ceremonies
Requirements of the Agile Business Analyst:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced Agile environment; familiarity with Scrum framework
  • Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, user flows/system flows/business process flows
  • Experience working closely with the creative/design team
  • Experience working with APIs as a BA
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working on complex systems
  • Ability to write documentation for developers
  • Samples of documentation from an Agile and traditional BA setting
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Experience with Confluence
  • Sketch and/or Alteryx a plus
