Are you a skilled Functional Analyst? Are you interested in applying your expertise with a key government integrator? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Baltimore!

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the Functional Analyst:

  • Create system requirement specifications, including user cases and user stories
  • Develop test plans and test cases; execute test cases
  • Diagnose, research, and resolve system and design concerns
  • Provide support throughout the development life cycle and enhancements
  • Ensure change management processes and documentation requirements are followed

Requirements of the Functional Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 6 years of experience; or, Master's and 4 years 
  • Skilled in requirements analysis, application analysis, and design 
  • Working knowledge of distributed application environments
  • Extensive experience in test case development and test execution
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance standards
  • Ability to present system workflows to user groups
  • Experience developing mock up pages, preferably with Dreamweaver
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent team player
  • Experience with standard life cycle processes and tools and collaborative team environments
