Are you a Proofpoint subject matter expert? Do you have experience in a cybersecurity or email engineering role?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our innovative client.

Our client is looking for a technical resource to help guide the implementation of a new email filtering system, Proofpoint Cloud. They are transitioning from on-premise Cisco Ironports and Voltage.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Messaging Engineer:
  • Create custom Proofpoint policy based on existing Cisco Ironports policies
  • Support detailed Proofpoint policy testing of custom policies and out of box policies
  • Create documentation and train administrators on Proofpoint environment
  • Develop alerting and monitoring plan
  • Provide implementation support
  • Troubleshoot end user problems
  • Troubleshoot policy and configuration issues
  • Support proactive monitoring and reporting
