Job Description

Our client is an international information technology and solutions consulting company who partners with various defense, government, and intelligence agencies in order to improve various mission-critical projects. The company is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the United States through the delivery of innovative, next-generation IT solutions. At this point in time, they are seeking a dedicated and creative PHP Developer to join their collaborative and diverse development team.

Due to federal program eligibility requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities of the PHP Developer:

  • Design, develop, test, and implement projects from end to end, throughout the software development life cycle
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of processes and procedures
  • Engage in peer code reviews to ensure processes support existing architecture and meet user requirements
  • Identify and recommend improvements/enhancements to existing business and IT processes to drive efficiency

Requirements of the PHP Developer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or at least 5 years of equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive systems development experience with SDLC
  • At least 5 years of experience in PHP development
  • Experience with CRM platforms and MySQL
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and processes - Scrum, Kanban, XP
  • Strong documentation and problem solving skills
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
