We have a great opportunity for an experienced Program Manager with our Boston-based, technology-driven client. In this role, you will lead an enterprise-wide re-platforming initiative of business applications.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Leverage technical knowledge to guide organizational re-platforming project
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical issues
  • Communicate engineering issues to product team and drive resolution
  • Drive timelines and prioritize tasks to ensure project meets milestones
  • Regularly update executive team on project progress

Requirements of the Program Manager:

  • At least 7 years of experience as Program Manager leading customer-facing products
  • Strong grasp of modern software development best practices and tools
  • Experience leading technical projects with aggressive timelines
  • Experience leading large API integration projects
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
