100% Remote or Hybrid in Hartford CT.

 Our client is seeking an Integrated Marketing PM who will be supporting the Planning and Execution team. This role will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the development of marketing deliverables requested by business partners. This role will own the project kickoff in Workfront project management system, and ensure all deliverables continue to move on strategy and on time. This role will communicate progress on these deliverables to their Planning Leads as well.

Marketing activities include online and offline to achieve key business unit marketing and business objectives. Works collaboratively with the Enterprise Marketing and the business unit marketing team, creative services and the enterprise integrated marketing teams on the creation and execution of marketing deliverables and the supporting assets. This individual should demonstrate a basic understanding of the marketing strategies established to meet business objectives.

Essential Functions:
  • Supporting the planning and execution lead to kick-off, track, and help manage deliverables within the Enterprise Integrated Marketing team. Plays a supportive role in assisting Planning Lead in meeting scheduling, meeting recaps, status tracking, etc.
  • Communicates regularly with planning lead to keep them informed on status of all projects. Identifies potential roadblocks and alerts lead planner for immediate resolution.
  • Manages the creation and implementation of all marketing deliverables, including inputting jobs into our automated workflow system. Tracks assets daily; including approvals and internal client feedback as assets move through the chain of approvals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Works closely with email marketing, and creative services on email requests and sell sheet/flyer development. Facilitates day-to-day feedback and secures approvals on deliverables as they move though Workfront; from development through deploy. Keeps these emails moving through the system and ensures timely delivery.
  • Tracks all jobs, and secures feedback and approvals on all integrated marketing assets. Works with traffic to ensure projects are moving forward.
  • Responsible for communicating within the department and cross-functionally to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Participates regularly in weekly planning and status meetings. Owns tracking documents and leads internal status mtgs walking integrated team through status of deliverables. Meets regularly with planning leads to keep them informed as projects are in development.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in advertising, marketing or related field
  • College degree in related field preferred
  • Successfully work in a matrix organization
  • Proven track record working with multiple clients on marketing campaigns and creative development
  • Must have proven ability to build strong internal team/client relationships, and be a team player
  • Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing and digital advertising platforms, including social media
  • Must have sound project management skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task assignments
  • Good oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Must demonstrate initiative and have a “can-do, whatever it takes to get it done” attitude
  • Strong computer skills required; must be proficient/expert status in PowerPoint, Excel and experience with Microsoft Project. Experience in Workfront and Microsoft Teams a plus
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
