Our client is seeking a Manager of Business transformation. The role is on-site in Boston, MA

The Sr Manager of Business Transformation will partner with our client's executive team and other leaders to lead cross-functional projects and teams aimed at enhancing business processes, accelerating technological advancements, and improving overall operational efficiency to help achieve its long-term strategic goals. Project types will include new category entry, expansion in existing categories, geographic expansion, and building a strong foundation from which will continue to scale.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements across various departments and geographies to drive standardization, efficiency, cost reduction, and ultimately to improve the consumer experience.
  • Project Management: Manage a portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop more junior associates on the team, owning the development of early-career talent, interns, and others. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation efforts. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on progress and impact.
  • Change Management: Oversee the management of change initiatives, ensuring smooth transition processes with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop change management plans that include stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with the IT department to drive the adoption of new technologies and digital tools that support business transformation goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. MBA from a top-tier program preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business transformation, change management, or strategic planning at a top-tier management consulting firm
  • AI experience a definite plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
  • Successful track record of delivering results within a rapidly growing company and a fast-paced environment.
  • CPG experience is preferred, but not required
  • Superior MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
