Our financial services client is looking for an Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $56.00 - $58.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.


Responsibilities of the Oracle PL/SQL Developer:
  • Collaborate with technology partners to understand requirements and provide effective solutions
  • Design and implement scalable technical solutions in alignment with business requirements and architectural roadmap
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a focus on quality
  • Adapt to changing technology landscapes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with extended teams to ensure alignment and efficient project progress
Requirements of the Oracle PL/SQL Developer:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in building proof-of-concepts on newer reporting platforms
  • Experience with reporting solutions utilizing Oracle, SQL Server Reporting Services, Business Object, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience in building integrations with Java-based applications
  • Demonstrable experience with advanced Oracle development features
  • Practical experience with Unix Shell scripting
  • Strong background in relational design, recoverability, ETL, data modelling, and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline technologies
  • Willingness to seamlessly adapt to changing technology landscapes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams
