Job Description

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the  Program Coordinator:

  • Manage a portfolio of Sponsorships
  • Assist in registering applicants within Oracle to process and track payments and ensure that supplier information remains accurate
  • Enhance the foundation connect platform to meet changing needs
  • Manage the GMSG phoneline, sponsorship mailbox, and other team repositories

Requirements of the Program Coordinator:

  • Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
  • Excellent  communication, interpersonal skills and judgement
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
