Job Description

Are you a passionate Technical Writer with a firm understanding of disaster recovery practices and associated technologies? Are you interested in updating disaster recovery procedure guides for organizational ERP finance systems? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Rockville!

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Technical Writer:

  • Familiarity with disaster recovery technologies, architectures, and services
  • Experience with technical system disaster recovery and technical document writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Training or education related to disaster recovery and technical writing preferred
  • General knowledge of financial functions: AR/AP, payroll, and accounting
  • Working knowledge of enterprise-level ERP systems
  • Elevated attention to detail and accuracy
