Are you a strong Business Analyst, well versed in IT practices and business improvement processes?

If you're interested in joining a leading government integrator to drive HRIS system optimization, we may have the ideal role for you.

Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst:
  • Utilize BPM systems to create and improve business processes
  • Continuously improve process analysis capabilities
  • Identify opportunities and help with HRIS optimization implementation
  • Mine HR taxonomy and create a data dictionary
Requirements of the Business Process Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years of applicable experience and one certification
  • Detailed understanding of BPM systems and their integrations
  • Significant technical skills and business acumen
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and accountability
  • Understanding of HR, recruiting, and operations functions
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership capabilities
  • Experience with software development life cycle preferred
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of web services a plus
