Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician with our industry-leading client in Stamford.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician: 
  • Provide basic to complex support and take responsibility for tracking and coordination problems and solutions
  • Analyze customer satisfaction data
  • Respond to work requests surrounding the installation, configuration, or maintenance of client software, new technology releases, new PC installations, troubleshooting, and software repair
  • Perform system integration testing of multiple technologies
  • Document solutions to problems
Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting
