Job Description

Are you highly skilled and experienced in Project Management best practices and processes? Are you looking to lead a motivated team through the implementation of a new learning management system (LMS)? If so, we might have the perfect role for you with our leading client!

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Improve and ensure quality project information sharing
  • Actively track and key project milestones and take corrective action as needed
  • Lead and maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment
  • Build strong working relationships and partnerships with team and stakeholders
  • Communicate with team in an open and balanced way
  • Ensure projects are followed according to best practices

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/Master's a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) highly preferred
  • Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe) or equivalent highly preferred
  • At least 5 years of program management experience
  • At least 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Highly skilled in project management best practices and tools
  • Understanding of various project management methodologies
  • Experience with SDLC, deployment, and information systems planning
  • Experience in a matrix organization managing senior stakeholders
