Are you a highly skilled Release Train Engineer?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading client in Berlin.

Responsibilities of the Release Train Engineer:
  • Manage all aspects of program delivery: scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the train
  • Provide updates/reporting on metrics and financials
  • Facilitate planning and planning readiness, including PI Planning Events 
  • Track the execution of features and capabilities; escalate and track impediments
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise across the team and with internal and external train partners
  • Ensure that dependencies outside the Train are understood and proactively managed
  • Ensure that risks and issues between projects and with the rest of the organization are understood and managed against expectations
  • Partner with Agile Coaches to improve Lean-Agile practices and mindsets in the organization; encourage collaboration between teams
Requirements of the Release Train Engineer:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager
  • Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or XP solution delivery
  • Experience implementing large-scale complex programs
  • Experience creating and managing project budgets
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to present effectively to executive management
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills
