Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator with our leading security client in Fort Smith.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Top Secret Clearance.

This is a contract to hire position. All applicants must be willing and able to convert to FTE.

Responsibilities of the Senior Systems Administrator:

  • Support, install, integrate, and maintain operating system hardware, COTS software, and user application software
  • Provide routine maintenance and support for network infrastructure and utilize system diagnostic tools to determine problems
  • Perform user account maintenance, increase performance, and ensure technical design requirements are met
  • Engage in support activities with a strong emphasis on customer service, both internal and external 

Requirements of the Senior Systems Administrator:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of IT experience
  • Air Force IT operations experience desired
  • IAT Level II certified
