Our higher education client is seeking a User Experience Researcher to develop plans and collect user feedback to assess new ideas, content, technologies, and products.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Requirements of the User Experience Researcher:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Certification or coursework in User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, etc. preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field like educational research, user research, or product design
  • Experience with research proposals, projects, and programs 
  • Research related to innovation/innovation management preferred
  • Experience in chatbot research and design preferred
