Our client, a globally recognized brand, needs a talented IT Business Analyst to join their team in Charlotte. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite attendance three days per week.

Responsibilities of the Senior IT BA:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and needs
- Develop solutions that increase productivity, efficiency, and functionality of IT resources
- Provide Level 2 support for all technology solutions in assigned area using root cause analysis
- Understand and analyzes data sources and provide data mappings for Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
- Participate in key Agile practices and ceremonies
Requirements of the Senior IT BA:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Shared Services organizations - communications, legal, and audit
- Experience with SharePoint features and capabilities, UI, form development, and workflow
- SQL experience
- Experience with functional designs, process flows, and designing solution options to solve business problems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration experience
- Ability to manage and facilitate effective meetings
