Our not-for-profit client is looking for a Lead Product Manager for Ethics to join their team.
We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. Responsibilities of the Lead Product Manager for Ethics: - Lead all end-to-end product management functions for all products in support of the clients internal compliance oversight function
- Execute PO functions
- Monitor functions within asset, portfolio, or investment management
- Identify informational gaps and quickly determine actions to address gaps
- Analyze, synthesize, and organize information for others to easily understand
Requirements of the Lead Product Manager for Ethics: - Understand various investment instruments, how to interpret data relative to investment holdings/transactions
- Knowledge of processes impacting this data
- Internal monitoring to ensure compliance with company rules and/or regulations
- Experience working with custom development/scrum teams and participate in all scrum ceremonies
- Excellent communicator and can strategically engage leaders and build partnerships throughout the organization
- Strong facilitator and excellent at meeting stakeholders where they are at
