Job Description

An industry-leading client in the Cincinnati, OH area is actively looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiting Team. This company is in the heart of Downtown Cincinnati in a very innovative and modern office space. Their open work environment and collaborative work culture are second to none in the area.

In this role, you will provide support to the recruiting team efforts to hire quality talent by providing administrative support in attracting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding candidates. This team is looking for a real team player that can wear many hats. Your contributions within this role may include: ordering materials, creating new hire packets, collecting and writing communications across several training and onboarding fronts, and new hire onboarding program administration and scheduling.

Rate: $18.00-$25.00/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

Duration: 6 months+ contract with extension and eligibility to hire

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, specifically Calendar/Scheduling
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • 1-2+ years’ experience with HR related/Talent Systems, examples: Absorb LMS, Pathgather Content Aggregation, Workday IS, SharePoint File Storage, WebEx/VC
  • Experience working in an HR department is a plus
  • Instructional Design experience is a plus
