Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with one of the top companies to work for in the Raleigh-Durham area! Int his role, you will support migration efforts from existing platform to FACETS platform.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of application experience (or 7 years of experience)
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and strong project management skills
  • Ability to use judgement to analyze current state and develop solutions, while quantifying business impact
  • Effective requirements and process elicitation skills
  • Solid communication skills, including with stakeholders
  • Healthcare applications experience is a must: including either vendor, claims, membership, individual business, etc.
  • Experience in a consultative role preferred
