Job Description

Our widely recognized and highly regarded higher education client is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Elicit, analyze, establish, and document requirements
  • Analyze current state and determine success factors for future state
  • Develop business cases and translate and simply requirements
  • Process change requests and manage project scope
  • Develop prototypes and mockups

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced business and technical writing abilities
  • Strong process modelling skills
  • Ability to perform cost benefit analysis
  • Understanding of systems engineering
  • Understanding of change management
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Process flow diagramming experience required
