We have an excellent opportunity for a Change Management Analyst with our growing client in Carrollton.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Change Management Analyst:

  • Support business readiness and work to continuously improve IT tools and processes that support employees
  • Coordinate with service owners to improve services throughout the enterprise
  • Support new/upgraded technology deployments to maximize adoption and minimize user impact

Requirements of the Change Management Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant business experience, particularly in organizational change management
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of business operations and system requirement processes
  • Experience with operating system migrations in a large enterprise environment preferred
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
