Are you a highly knowledgeable in IT governance strategies, specifically within risk and compliance?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you as a GRC Lead with our industry-leading biotechnology client in Cambridge!

Responsibilities of the GRC Lead:
  • Create, implement, and drive privacy, risk, and compliance initiatives
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide governance strategy
  • Establish or revise IT security policies or controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements of the GRC Lead:
  • At least 8 years of experience in security governance or related; CISA/CISSP preferred
  • Expert-level knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance strategies and issues
  • Direct experience building and maintaining a NIST governance framework within a GRC tool
  • Experience with most: Solaris, Linux, Unix, Windows servers, Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, ServiceNow
  • Experience analyzing and prioritizing initiatives to align with business strategy
  • Experience creating and leading organizational change
  • Clear and effective communication skills
