Job Description

They are currently looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to join their incredible team.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. We offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support Specialist:

  • Provide Tier III ticket support 
  • Review incidents to ensure that the documented information is sufficient to facilitate analysis of the issue
  • Coordinate with staff confirm or obtain additional information as needed
  • Analyze verified incidents and assist in processing the issue
  • Work with multiple external organizations regarding the resolution of issues
  • User Account provision processing and troubleshooting

Requirements if the Help Desk Support Specialist:

  • Degree in a related field, or Software Support Experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to own a technical task and work it to completion
  • Proficient with MS Office applications and familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Experience working with engineering, network, and software teams
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues
  • Experience with ticket management tools
