Are you a highly experienced HRIS Manager with a strong technical background?

Are you interested in joining our industry leading organization?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Columbus!

Our client is looking to automate their processes and improve their HR systems. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing systems change management, and serves a liaison between departments, vendors, and stakeholders. 

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 + Benefits 

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis without sponsorship. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

HRIS Manager Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of finance, payroll, accounting or equivalent experience
  • High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for automating reporting, processing large volume data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems
  • 3+ years successful leadership experience and ability to effectively drive results
  • Experience using Kronos 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
