Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer with our industry-leading financial services client in Nashville.

This is a contract to hire, 2nd shift position.

Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Engineer:

  • Provide day to day support for data center services group and data center infrastructure projects
  • Plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, optimize, and maintain all server hardware/devices
  • Provide exceptional customer service and regularly report on progress

Requirements of the Infrastructure Engineer:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Successful experience managing full life cycle data center infrastructure projects
  • Hands-on experience with x86 architecture-based systems
  • Experience with server/storage troubleshooting/hardware replacement
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling, TCP/IP
  • Understanding of data center cabling standards including fiber optics
  • Preference for financial services experience
