We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst to join our industry-leading client in Coraopolis.

Responsibilities of the Lead Business Analyst:

  • Analyze and translate business needs into business requirements and functional specifications documentation
  • Ensure that current and proposed business process flows are complete and accurate
  • Partner with delivery leadership to identify project scope and impact
  • Ensure adherence to high level project task estimates
  • Complete project activities on time and within budget

Requirements of the Lead Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of BA experience
  • At least 4 years performing IT research
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC for Waterfall and Agile approaches
  • Ability to analyze situations and develop solutions
  • Ability to facilitate conversations between IT and stakeholders
  • Healthcare experience required: Medicare/Medicaid or enrollment and billing
