Eliassen Group is looking for a highly skilled Program Manager with excellent knowledge of benefits program research, planning, strategy. If you have a passion for helping the community and experience leading a successful program, this may be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities of the Program Manager:

  • Analyze benefit areas to ensure deliverables provide baseline data to create roadmap
  • Gather, synthesize, and distill large amounts of benefit program information from multiple sources
  • Map environments and key stakeholders for priority benefits programs and create visual representation
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews across the enterprise to document existing perspectives on benefit programs
  • Work with internal partners to develop models that connect organization work to internal strategic objectives and external narratives
  • Conduct research with beneficiaries and develop journey maps to inform benefits roadmap and program decisions

Requirements of the Program Manager:

  • Strong project management skills: creating detailed project plans, managing scope, resolving issues
  • Experience leading multiple projects, including primary/secondary research, frameworks, and finding synthesis
  • Significant experience applying analysis tools/frameworks such as asset inventory, SWOT, and journey mapping
  • Ability to distill large amounts of data into actionable information 
  • Attention to detail, ability to effectively manage multiple projects to completion
  • Experience managing vendors and external relationships
