We have a great opportunity for a Release Train Engineer to join our industry-leading client.

Responsibilities of the Release Train Engineer:

  • Facilitate project planning and synthesize project objectives into program objectives
  • Help to track project progress and assist with the execution
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure synchronization
  • Escalate and track impediments to project team success
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
  • Encourage cross-team collaboration; manage risks and dependencies 
  • Drive continuous improvement practices and processes
  • Help improve team Agility  

Requirements of the Release Train Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 8 years of IT experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
  • At least 3 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of leading people from an HR side
  • At least 2 years of experience on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
  • At least 2 years of experience with mixed methodology programs
  • Experience as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
  • Experience with Agile PM tools - Rally, Jira, VersionOne
  • Knowledge of SAFe
