We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Java Software Architect with our leading government client in Reston.

Due to client requirement, applicant must willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Senior Java Software Architect:

  • Act as a senior member of a software development team
  • Accountable for overall architecture, implementation, and post-deployment support
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Provide subject matter expertise for application architecture
  • Guide, mentor, and support junior members of the team

Requirements of the Senior Java Software Architect:

  • At least 12 years of experience with Java
  • At least 10 years of experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and SQL
  • At least 8 years of experience with HTML and CSS
  • At least 4 years of architecture experience at an enterprise level
  • At least 3 years of experience with ORM tools such as Hibernate, Spring MVC
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal oversight
