Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Desk Analyst with our well-established client in Middletown.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Senior Service Desk Analyst:

  • Oversee all tier I and tier II support needs for computers, mobile devices, network, telecommunications, and MS-based software 
  • Manage service desk ticketing systems: escalate, prioritize, and dispatch technical support staff appropriately to ensure coverage
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicator metrics and standards
  • Assist with IT onboarding and off-boarding through management and tracking of enterprise devices, supplies, and software
  • Evaluate and provide input on products to improve and enhance service delivery

Requirements of the Senior Service Desk Analyst:

  • Associate's degree required
  • Extensive work experience in customer service and IT support
  • Experience managing an enterprise ticketing system
