Job Description

Our client is a premier technology integrator with approximately 33,000 employees worldwide. They are currently looking for a Software Engineer to join their incredible team.

Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities of the Software Engineer:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise system in an Agile development environment
  • Create and update documentation relevant to design, development, and testing
  • Follow industry standard development best practices as well as enterprise protocol
  • Troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution

Requirements of the Software Engineer:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to articulate an understanding of software processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Java/C++, MS Office products, and Agile practices
  • Experience with Git and Jira or equivalent tools
  • Ability to apply best practices for software development  
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
