Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator with our industry-leading client in Lexington.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the System Administrator:

  • Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, and upgrades of computer workstations, servers, and network infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain the Group’s stock of computer/IT supplies and spares
  • Provide direct-end user support in a mixed OS environment
  • Expedite the Group’s support requests from the Information Services helpdesk
  • Maintain compliance with the security policies set forth by the Information Security Services Department

Requirements of the System Administrator:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree and at least 1 Certification
  • Experience with Windows
  • Knowledge of Dell, SuperMicro, Cisco, Apple, Intel/AMD
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MS Active Directory account management, and virtual machine software
