Are you a passionate Systems Administrator with healthcare contact center experience?

Can you leverage telephony expertise to configure, maintain, and improve contact center systems?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading client in Gaithersburg.

Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator:
  • Provision, install, configure, manage, and maintain telephony systems hardware, software, and infrastructure
  • Research and develop innovative solutions; ensure all systems align with organizational goals
  • Help project teams assess technical impacts for new projects
  • Provide help desk and CRM support
Requirements of the Systems Administrator:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience
  • Experience in a healthcare contact center environment
  • Experience with contact center technology: telephony including ACD/IVR
  • Experience with quality assurance and CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
