Our client, an innovative software comapny, has an excellent opportunity available for an Azure DevOps Engineer to work on a Full-Time Permanent position in Atlanta, GA (Cobb Galleria area).   The Azure DevOps Engineer will be a key resource responsible for the design, construction, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and tools for various applications.   The salary range is $100,000 to $130,000/year with a 5% bonus.   The role will be remote initially and will then move to hybrid onsite/remote after the Covid Restrictions are lifted (1-2 days a week onsite and 3-4 days a week remote). 

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a comprehensive benefits package include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, Employee Stock Purchase Program, PTO and more.   Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w-2 basis.  

Responsibilities of the Azure DevOps Engineer:
  • Analyze current DevOps technology utilized within the company and develop detailed steps and processes to improve and expand upon them
  • Design, construction, security, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and tools for various applications using Microsoft Azure DevOps software
  • Build and deploy container solutions using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Work closely with Development colleagues within the company to maintain hardware and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently
  • Provide direct and responsive support to Development Agile teams for urgent DevOps-related needs
  • Build out monitoring tools with proactive alerts
Requirements of the Azure DevOps Engineer:
  • 3+ years of DevOps experience. 
  • CI/CD experience with the Microsoft Azure DevOps ecosystem
  • Scripting skills using Powershell, Ruby, python, PHP, or Perl, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to members across the team
  • Skills with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
