Looking for a Mobile Developer who understands Design
We’re looking for a front end developer / designer who is motivated to create compassionate, inclusive, usable, and elegant experiences that help people achieve their financial goals and feel confident about their future.
• Must have experience deploying public facing app to Android or Apple Store
• Must be fluent in iOS Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, and XCode and for Android Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Gradle, and Android Studio
• Superb communication skills and a leadership mentality – being able to bridge the gap between UX designers and developers
• Enterprise experience (I can be a little flexible on this, but ideally they have experience navigating and influencing large teams)
• Agile Mindset – OK stepping out of role as a developer from time to time to do what is necessary for the team to be successful
• Building new features for the Flagship app and ongoing maintenance to keep up with the latest and the greatest mobile technology as well as chipping in to a new mobile offering yet to be released targeted at the next generation of investors
• Help the UX design team make smart decisions in creating a mobile design system
• With an eye for design and best mobile practices the candidate will be able to make their own user experience design decisions (with support of a larger design team) to get to in market experiments faster
• Aptitude or experience designing their own mobile appData- driven decision making
Strong desire to or experience listening to customer feedback and turning their feedback into insights
