**100% REMOTE - travel to MD or TX as required**

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with excellent people management, product management, and Information Technology industry experience. You will play a key role in evaluating market research, motivating a development team, and building a competitive marketing strategy.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager:
  • Leverage key customer data, requirements, and industrial competitive landscape
  • Conduct market research and develop products, technical specifications, and product descriptions to address CBRS private LTE networks, markets, and opportunities
  • Ensure alignment with organizational mission and vision and sales strategy to determine product strategy and competitive positioning
  • Identify HW/SW strategic third party partners
  • Work closely with R&D for product development, implementation, and on time delivery
  • Define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales
  • Maintain company's product competitive edge and establish leading position for products and solutions
  • Develop solutions that address key issues and build customer loyalty
  • Develop product marketing strategy based on understanding customer needs and competitive intelligence
  • Hire, train, supervise, and motivate team
Requirements of the Senior Product Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 10 years of related experience
  • Current mobile device experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, PPT, Teams, and Word
  • Product marketing focused (up to 40%)
  • Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate project teams
  • Competency in technical tasks of team members
  • Ability to interact effectively with global teams
  • Excellent presentation skills
