Our client needs a Technical Product Manager to help develop and improve their healthcare plan design platform to allow for growth and efficient plan administration. Healthcare experience is a must!

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Technical Product Manager:
  • Configure a platform strategy to support a wide range of plan designs and system integrations
  • Identify and scope business needs and translate those needs into product requirements
  • Own product area and manage the entire product life cycle from conception through implementation
  • Work with product management to build, maintain, and execute roadmap for product development teams
  • Manage backlog of features and prioritize appropriately
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and internal teams
Requirements of the Technical Product Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Track record of successfully delivering high-impact projects
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise software development
