Job Description

In the RTE / Agile Program Lead role, you'll ensure your program’s delivery success by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the program. The RTE / Agile Program Lead will optimize productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the program’s goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to change.

Responsibilities of the Agile Coach/RTE:

  • Drive cross-team planning, collaboration, coordination, and delivery
  • Drive delivery and continuous improvement processes 
  • Offer regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders
  • Ensure teams are effectively managed to drive compliance and minimize risk
  • Partner with technical leaders to support organization's automation DevOps journey
  • Act as an Agile mentor/coach to any Agile role or stakeholder

Requirements of the Agile Coach/RTE:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of technology delivery experience
  • At least 3 years of Agile experience and 2 years of people management experience
  • CSM, CSPO, or SCP and SA, SPC, or RTE
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
