Are you an experienced Agile Coach?

Are you interested in a stable contract opportunity?

Responsibilities of the Agile Coach:
  • Oversee the implementation of Agile initiatives as part of larger Agile transformation
  • Offer guidance, feedback, and opportunities for improvement to management and development team 
  • Mentor management team to foster servant leadership mindset and systems thinking
  • Act as subject matter expert on a range of Agile practices and processes
  • Support internal visibility of the positive impact of Agile adoption
Requirements of the Agile Coach:
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience
  • In-depth experience in large scale Agile transformations
  • Expertise in servant leadership, coaching, and change management
  • Multiple years of experience as an Agile practitioner
  • Multiple years of experience as an Agile coach
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Agile Coach certification
