Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a skilled Agile Coach with one of our leading clients in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Agile Coach:

  • Collaborate with technical and business leadership to formulate Agile adoption strategy for an evolving environment
  • Coach teams and facilitate knowledge transfer regarding the importance and efficacy of an Agile transformation
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on Agile software development practices and principles
  • Coach executives and stakeholders to align their expectations within the Agile framework

Requirements of the Agile Coach:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar position 
  • At least 3 years of Agile/Scrum experience with an excellent knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, and processes 
  • Hands-on experience and success in a leadership position required 
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and test automation
